Wink Assassin

How to Play:

  • Players stand in a circle with their eyes closed. The facilitator taps one person on the shoulder to indicate who is the Assassin.

  • Everyone moves around the stage, filling in empty space as it happens and making eye contact with everyone they pass.

  • If a player receives a wink from the Assassin, they wait a few seconds before acting out a dramatic death scene. Once someone begins dying, the game pauses so all can watch the death occur.

  • The dying player wants to stay alive for as long as possible. Deaths can be prolonged if the audience laughs at their actions.

  • Once the player takes their final breath, they can get up from the floor and join the audience. The game continues on.

  • At any point during play, a player can come to the facilitator, and accuse someone of being the Assassin. If they are correct, the Assassin is killed and therefore does their own death scene. If they guess wrong, the accusing player dies and acts out their demise.

  • If there are still players at the end of the game, all simotaneously act our their deaths on stage for the audince.

Notes:

  • Enocurage players to make their deaths as dramatic and over the top as possible. Follow what's working (what's making others laugh) and build on those moments.
